Absolutely not! We know life changes, and we’re here when you need us. Whether you want regular service or just need a break to take over scoop duties yourself, we make it easy—no strings attached.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! We’ll send a heads-up text when your home is next on our route, just in case you’re outside. If you're not home, no worries—we’ll safely let ourselves into your yard, do a thorough scoop, and be on our merry way.
Can I request a specific day for service?
Yes, you can absolutely request a preferred day. Just keep in mind that due to staff scheduling and weather, we can’t always guarantee an exact day or time, but we’ll do our best!
I only need service occasionally—can you still help?
Of course! We offer flexible scheduling—weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or just whenever your yard needs a cleanup. Just give us a heads-up, and we’ll get you on the schedule. If it’s been a while since your last scoop, a small extra fee may apply based on the volume.
